KHAF Donation Terms & Conditions

By making a donation to Kaze Hope Alliance Foundation (KHAF), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help protect both you (the donor) and KHAF as a registered nonprofit organization implementing programs for women, children, and vulnerable families in Rwanda.

1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to KHAF—whether online, mobile, or through direct bank transfer—are voluntary and non-refundable, unless a refund is legally required or granted at the sole discretion of KHAF.

2. Use of Donations

Your donation will be used to support KHAF’s mission and programs, including but not limited to:

• Emergency shelter and protection services

• Psychosocial support for women, children, and families

• Skills development and empowerment programs

• Community outreach and advocacy activities

• Operational and administrative costs required to deliver these services

KHAF reserves the right to allocate funds where they are needed most unless a specific program designation is available and selected.

3. Confirmation & Receipts

A confirmation message or receipt will be issued after completing your donation.
If donating by bank transfer, please send proof of payment to:

so that we can issue an acknowledgment receipt.

4. Bank Transfer Donations

When donating through our official bank account, please ensure that:

• You use the correct KHAF bank details

• Your transfer reference includes your name or organization name

• You understand that transfer fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility

KHAF is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

KHAF is committed to protecting your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or share donor data with third parties for marketing.
Personal information submitted during the donation process is used only to:

• Process your donation

• Provide receipts or acknowledgments

• Comply with financial and legal reporting requirements

6. Fraud Prevention

KHAF takes fraud prevention seriously. If suspicious or unauthorized transactions are detected, KHAF may request additional verification or decline a donation.

7. Donor Rights

As a donor, you have the right to:

• Know how your donation is being used

• Contact KHAF for clarification regarding your donation

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
