Project Overview
“Together We Rise” is KHAF’s foundational support program — the engine that powers our entire mission. It ensures continuous access to psychosocial support, therapy, case management, and family-centered services for women, children, and vulnerable families affected by violence and social exclusion.
This fund strengthens the backbone of all KHAF programs, enabling our teams to deliver consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed care throughout Rwanda.
Why This Project Matters
Family violence, trauma, and social exclusion often create cycles of pain that last generations. Survivors navigate emotional wounds, stigma, and economic instability. Without ongoing support, many women and children fall back into unsafe environments.
Through “Together We Rise,” KHAF builds a sustainable safety net that protects, heals, and empowers those most at risk.
